Lumbar Disc Herniations Can Be Hard To Treat

You don't have to be curled up on the floor with back and leg pain to have a herniated disc in your low back. In fact, you can have a lumbar disc herniation and have NO symptoms at all. There are plenty of people that go to the grave with badly degenerated lumbar spines, bulging discs, and herniations...and never even knew it.
