Is the Spinal Decompression Therapy Working? How Will I Know?

SF Financial District Spinal Decompression Doctor Comments:

Md_news_photos_010_2 Because I write this blog and have a busy decompression center in downtown San Francisco, I get quite a few emails and phone calls about nonsurgical spinal decompression. Many of these have to do with whether or not the decompression therapy is working or not.

I received an email last week from a lady in the East Bay who is about half way through her cervical decompression sessions. She has done 10 of 20 recommended treatments. She has multiple level cervical disc herniations with advanced spinal degeneration.

She told me she felt about 50% better and was concerned because she wants all the pain to go away. "After all...I paid a lot of money for this treatment", she said.

I told her I was surprised that she was not thrilled...after all she had been suffering with neck and arm pain for 15 years. I also told her that she was only half way through the DRX9000c treatment protocol...who knows where she may end up when the treatment is finished.

Sure there is a cost for the decompression treatment...a DRX9000 with a DRX9000c cervical attachment costs around $150,000. Then the doctor has to have insurance, warranties, maintenance, space to operate, upkeep, staff expenses, etc.

So the moral of the story is to hang in there, relax, and let the DRX9000 do it's thing. How much you respond will only be known at the end of the treatment. It's just the way it is.

If you would like to find out if you are a candidate for the DRX9000 or DRX9000c at our Embarcadero Center Spinal Decompression Clinic...simply call Executive Express Chiropractic at 415-392-2225, press 1 (24 live operator). Ask for a complimentary consultation with Dr. Eben Davis.
