Is Acupuncture Good For Back Pain?

I know from first hand experience that acupuncture can help with neck and back pain...as well as many other conditions...like carpal tunnel syndrome and TMJ.
I know because I worked with an acupuncturist for about 5 years at my San Francisco Back and Wrist Pain Center.
I would often times refer chronic back pain patients to him for pain control...and it was very effective. And he would refer patients to me that he needed help with that had vertebral subluxations, herniated discs in the neck or low back...and degenerative disc disease. The combination of chiropractic and acupuncture is a good one.
