Trouble Focusing? Lack of Attention? You May Need A Chiropractor
San Francisco Chiropractor Comments:
Attention is the cognitive process of selectively concentrating on one aspect of the environment while ignoring other things. Examples include listening carefully to what someone is saying while ignoring other conversations in a room (Wikipedia).
Do you have trouble focusing and paying attention to important things...such as new job duties or listening to what important people in your life have to say? If so, you may have vertebral subluxations at the level of the brain stem. The atlas vertebrae, which is the most freely movable bone in the body is the bone that the occiput bone of the skull rests on. If the occiput or atlas are out of alignment it can irritate the brain stem causing all sorts of problems, including loss of focus and attention.
I'll tell you this much...I don't want the pilot flying the plane I'm on to have pressure on the brain stem...or the police officer that pulls me over...or the person answering my phones...because they just might not be 100% focused.
These days...you need your edge to stay in the game. Lack of focus and attention can be the difference between earning a decent living and financial distress...or...sickness and disease. So, anything you can do to keep your edge is worth considering.
Chiropractic adjustments can help. Chiropractic adjustments to the upper cervical spine can help keep the brain-stem free of pressure...giving you the chance to focus and concentrate at optimum levels.
The brain stem also controls primitive bodily functions like blood pressure and body temperature. In fact, recent research links specific spinal adjustments to the atlas vertebrae with reduction of hypertension (chiropractic blood pressure study). Chiropractic is not just for back pain or neck pain....it can help you in so many ways...including helping you stay well, and helping you stay focused. So sharpen your edge...visit a chiropractor.

I agree with you. Anything you can do to keep yourself focused and healthy is a very important thing. You have to do whatever you can to keep yourself healthy.
