    Humn_43c1 Everyone knows that exercise is good for them. But some that are severely obese say...why bother?

    Well new research shows that even an hour a week can make a big difference in the way someone that is severely obese feels, acts, and functions.

    Yes exercise is the primary advice to reduce the weight.But still so many people are moving for Pills,surgeries.

    Where there is a will there is a way. Correct practice of Yoga can help reduce Obesity. Asanas with relaxation, Pranayamas, Kriyas like Agnisar Kriya should help reduce Obesity.
