Need Back or Neck Surgery? Have you checked your options?

I can't tell you how many times I have heard from a back or neck pain patient with herniated discs that they have been told that back surgery is their only option. 

They would have an MRI of their neck or low back that would show a cervical or lumbar disc herniation, or multiple level disc bulges or herniations, then the next thing they know they are confronted with back or neck surgery as a next step...scary.

Here's what a recent study by Stanford University says about MRI imaging:

"Patients reporting new low-back pain are more likely to undergo surgery if treated in an area with a higher-than-average concentration of magnetic resonance imaging machines, according to research from the Stanford University School of Medicine."

Hey...up until about 4 years ago when we purchased our first DRX9000 nonsurgical lumbar decompression system, we often times had no answers either.
