San Francisco Chiropractor Comments:
Most of the patients we treat at Executive Express Chiropractic in downtown San Francisco spend the majority of their day sitting at a desk in front of a computer. Then, they go home and do it some more. Sitting for long periods of time can cause stress to build-up in the muscles which can lead to muscle tension, neck or back pain, shoulder/arm pain, and headaches. Here is a video of some very simple warm-up range of motion stretch exercises we teach our patients to counteract this stress:
These spinal warm-up exercises as demonstrated by Dr. Adam Jacobs, D.C., can be done throughout the day. Do them nice and slow to the end range of motion with no jerky movements. If your neck is unusually stiff, you may want to ice before and after you do them. You can visit our Executive Express Chiropractic YouTube channel and watch our video on icing.
To schedule an appointment for back, neck, or wrist pain at Executive Express Chiropractic...please call 415-392-2225. We also treat arm and shoulder pain, sports injuries, headaches, and disc herniations.

These exercises are very beneficial and helpful to people who are getting in trouble with their backs. Thanks for putting up such a video for helping us prevent any further injuries due to negligence of back pain.

Hi. I really appreciate your articles, and particularly this one and the Fibromyalgia article, as a friend of mine suffers with that. I'm a prior chronic back pain sufferer and started an informational blog to help others, as well. I've shared this article on a couple of social networking sites so others can read about it, as well, and to share your knowledge :) Your articles are great, and I've bookmarked and favorited you! Thanks again for the very helpful and informative content. Best of luck to you.
